The GCM racing axle truss will take out a lot of that. It has to do with the 4 link geometry. I have it on mine as well as their front shock hoops. I'll post pics of my Twinkie tomorrow.

Some good vids on there showing it work.

I have the rear truss on one of my Hammers as well. Changing he angle of the rear upper links seems to help with the high speed roll overs. That said, i quite enjoy the stock set up on that truck

Yeah, the flex in the rear is just silly :D
But the front is just really stiff in comparison.

I put some lighter oil in the front shocks and hit the springs with a torch to weaken them a little seamed to work pretty well. I hit full front articulation very shortly after the rear now. stock, it wouldn't hit full front articulation under its own weight.

Well, I said good bye to a great truck last night. The carcass of the truck I bought a little over 2 years ago to get back into the hobby is laying to rest in the trash can. started as a short course truck, and evolved into a truggy. it got to the point where if I were to replace all of the worn out parts, it would equal the price of a new one. May it rest in peace.

luckily, it was really only a frame and drivetrain I was tossing out though. CC motor/ESC, Savox servo, aftermarket shocks and Proline truggy wheels/tires were all still good. time to think up a new way to use all the leftover parts :D

could get another CC motor and go brushless for the crawler :drevil:

ran for like a good 30mins and the yeti xl started losing power then started losing power completely then getting little bust of power. was very strange
felt motor and esc to check for over heating seemed fine then felt battery compartments and 1 side was very hot so took the batteries out and 1 of them was torn apart and leaking fluids :(

i was running 2x brand new 3cell 5000 35c lipos(this was first run with them)
going to contact venom and should be able to get a replacement

Wow that sucks! Definitely a defect in the battery I'd say, be glad it didn't catch fire.
