I'll still be at work for another couple hours after that this week too. Maybe next time. Thanks for the invite though!

I was reading your other thread on 33" tires. I'm running 235 85 R16's (32's)At hot springs off road park they do great on 2's and okay on 3's. 4's are terrifying and I haven't tried any yet. My next set will be 255 85 R16's.

Several blocks away. Using our equity to pay off debt so we can save to build on 9 acres in mayflower in a couple years.

Very nice. We'd like to build on 6-10 acres at some point but need to get my wife's student loans paid off first.

My dad has made an offer on a lot between Mayflower and the river. Beautiful area out there.

Congrats on your new son, looks like your going to make a hunter out of him (not stalking, just looked at house pics:eek:). You shouldn't have any trouble selling, Maumelle is a great place to live, we've been there 13 years. When our son goes to college next year, we're looking to downsize - yours looks just about the right size.

I'm not sure where Pine Village is but the lot he offered on was near Flag Pond. I hope it works out because he's been dying to build and some of my fondest memories with him are working on cars and buildings.

As of now I'm working all weekend. There is a long shot I might have Sunday off.

If anyone want to go to the off road park next Thursday let me know. With it being Thanksgiving there should be a lot of people with that day off.
