    Where do you like to ski? I was born in Rutland and grew up at killington. I try to go there and jay peak atleast once a season. Have some free lift tickets for okemo that I need to use this year.




    Anyone ever ski/snowboard Taos,NM?

    Just booked flights and lodging for the last week in January. Looks like a sick mountain.

    Hey I was born in Proctor, grew up in Rutland & learned to ski at Killington!! Small world.
    Since I live in N VT now, I ski Jay, Sugarbush, Bolton, Smuggs & Burke. Those mtns offer military tix or I can get comp passes. This year I'm trying out Stratton 1st time for a good friend works there now. Never been out West skiing though sounds like you'll have a blast!

    Anyone in the West Virginia area and frequent Snowshoe? I have been several times in the past but always in December. I want to take my wife, as she has never been but the only time we can go will be sometime between March 14-22. I am just worried the conditions will be pretty bad there by then.     If anyone is in need of new gloves/mittens check out free the powder. A friend just launched the company this fall. His plan is to offer Hestra quality at half the price. $60 is a steal. I beat the living hell out of a pair of prototypes last season. Lots of backcountry laps, resort days, shoveling the driveway and anything abusive I could come up with. Looks like they should hold up for multiple seasons.

    Nice man thanks for sharing!! I like those short cuff gloves! I get Hestra at wholesale which is the only reason I buy them haha. Good gloves but expensive. Next pair I buy I'll try these! Like to support small business and seem like some nice gloves.

    This season has been by far the best to date, and its only the end of december! Was up boarding all weekend and we were trying new grabs, got a japan grab all tweaked out, and I got my front and back side 360s down, even linked a clean switch front 3 (first time ever doing a switch front 3) after a fat 180 nose grab in the trees.

    The steeze game is getting stepped up :cool:

    Any of you guys XC skiers? I just picked up an old pair of Fischer skis for pretty cheap with 75mm bindings. Tough to find boots at a decent price, anyone know how hard it would be to switch to some cheap more modern bindings?

    Just got back from Bittersweet Ski Resort up in Otsego, Michigan. Pretty nice area to board or ski, Its nothing Hardcore but a pretty good atmosphere. The website is skibittersweet.com incase anyone is in the area. Finally got to use my brand new 2014 Rome Artifact Rocker, if your in the market for a good jib/park board this is a really sweet setup.

    Just picked up a gently used Voile splitboard on craigslist. Can't wait to ditch the "slowshoes" and be able to skin up the back-country slopes again! I was just up at Mt. Baker this last weekend and it's looking like it'll be another great year.

    It was beautiful! We lapped the park from 10 to 5, it was such a long day but sooo much fun! It was the first time I had ridden park jumps this year,
