Front Differential w/ 4.10s - 95.5-2004

1995.5-2004 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 or 1996-2002 4Runner Front Differential/Carrier complete with actuator, has 4.10 gears. Considered a "late or REV" version carrier since the gears are reverse rotation and locates on the drivers side. Very little off road use on the unit, recently installed a Solid Axle (see cover of Aug 14 4WD & Sport Utility magazine) and pulled it out in great working condition. $350 obo. How much does this thing weigh? I'm thinking it may be to heavy for me to tackle on my on. Mines making a grinding noise.

I bench pressed mine into my project truck and I'm not exactly strong. But it's basically stock height. I seem to remember needing help when I did the 4WD conversion on my double cab that's lifted.

 

@Rob b if you need one with 4.10 gears im going to pull mine in 2 weeks and would sell it for $350 as well

 

just get a jack and you can do it solo
