    Thanks for the advice.

Seriously though, with proper research, most supps/pharms are fine. For instance, test: if you're gonna do it, there's a proper way to do it without negative side effects and it's completely safe. If you're gonna do oral PH's, which are more dangerous than basic test, there are still ways to do so safely. The problem is when idiots do stuff without researching. If done correctly, most supps are okay. Of course, there are idiots out there that make things look bad and there are also supplements out there that are completely unsafe and shouldn't be used at all, but regarding the stuff we've been discussing in here, it's all safe, if done correctly (aside from some of the pre-workouts Eric fucks with)

    x2. @ ~250 g per day, I'm a farting machine.

    OK, how come?

Remember, my primary thing is weight loss. Not that I don't lift to add muscle but my weight is something I've had a lifelong issue with and need to get it down.

I never thought about that when I was taking it and I never asked for advice so you're 100% correct - thinking back, my body built up tolerance to it. As for the music suggestion, when I'm lifting, I don't listen to music anymore until I do cardio in the end because I think I get a better breathing rhythm without the tunes.

I'm looking at bodybuilding.com for Nano Vapor, is there other sites you guys use that's fair on price? I used to use bodybuilding.com and fitnessfirstusa.com in Iraq but now my 24hr fitness gym always has sales on ON whey protein so I go through them and I know they don't carry any MuscleTech product
    .
I've never heard of them. This one?

    EDIT:

    Thanks for the response!

CLA is just an isomer of linoleic acid, both of which are polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-6)

it's also found in most meats you already eat.

certain polyunsaturated and polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to be good for in certain amounts, especially for heart health

CLA is not one of these. It's not known to have any health benefit for humans
I didn't even know this was a supplement people took

that stuff is the best pre I've ever used
but i build up a tolerance to it quick
good stuff, without all the proprietary bullshit

Best way to lose weight is to eat at a caloric deficit.

One of my coworkers told me that the average person consumes 3600 calories at thanksgiving dinner. I didn't see the article she was talking about so I may just be spreading rumors. *shrug*
