i have a 07 double cab and i want to add a large avec light bar with a oe m roof rack.
i have only seen a few with this setup and its not easy to find info on it

i want the light bar for flooding the trail with light when wheeling and spotlight down the back roads to avoid a collision with a deer or bear.
oh ya they look bad ass too..

but i also want a roof rack to carry the kayak, canoe, ski gear due to having the short bed.

any suggestions on light bar size, oem roof rack vs baja rack etc...

i know this mush so far
1 i want an avec light bar
2 i am going to use theft proof hardware
3 i am willing to make my own mounts

this was my setup last year when we went to the adk for a 4 day weekend
i used foam roof pads for the canoe. wasnt a bad setup and was strong

i wouldnt be against sticking with that setup in the future.. i dont have any experience in securing a canoe to the roof wit it fully supported by the roof rack IMG_6176.jpgIMG_6173.jpg
