Well thats not as bad. Get some fluid for it, read your owners manual to find out what you need, and get some powersteering stop leak. Put the recommended amount of PS stop leak in (read the bottle) and the ad powersteering fluid to the hot or cold mark depending on whether the truck is hot or stone cold.

I get a weird chirp sometimes when I'm on the throttle. It looks like the pulleys are getting some oil on them. I wonder if this leak just happens occasionally and that's the noise I'm hearing. My truck was clean right there last week and I haven't heard the chirp in a month and I heard it this morning.

If that belt has any oil residue on it, get a new one as soon as possible!

Will I even need power steering fluid or just the stop leak?

You'll need both the PS stop leak and the PS fluid.

Nothing really. If a part already had a major failure, you'll know when that stuff works or doesn't work

Some guys go with OME full lift and don't do a diff drop so it's not nessicary. Maybe a CB drop.

You guys should try checking AmaZon for fluids. I got all my royal purple for pretty good price on my old truck
