Custom fab stuff can turn out just as good if you take your time and do it right.

I don't have any equipment, tools, materials, or designs. I was just making a joke at how I would have a derp version of AP Offroad's products. :p

However I do have a really nice idea for the mount I've been posting about. Gonna draw it up soon. Should be a new concept.

SingleCabGuy or now weldertaco has one he made. Kinds like that but without the light bar. It's just the rack that goes just about cab height

I had the first rack case ever made. It was great solid as a rock and held everything I ever needed it to. On a dcsb though you really can't move it around and the only reason i eventually got rid of it was because when I had the rack on i couldnt get into my toolbox.

A few audio upgrades, tinted windows, remote start because it f'n hot in Texas! 6in Fabtech DB lift, 17x9 Fuel Trophy wheels, 315/70/17 Duratracs,BAMF 80in sliders w/kickout, Prinsu cab rack w/30in Heretic light bar, custom bedside decals, custom hi-lift jack brackets, US Offroad front bumper w/winch, bed rack with RTT, CB, Short wave base station, Ultra gauge, color matched grille surround, an ungodly amount of recover gear, ARB fridge, hood struts, RotoPax, traction pads.
Why? Just cause we have different ideas on what we want? You're the engineer here. You can finalize drawings and ideas, then we can work on getting them fabricated. I got a buddy that owns a fab shop here in town.

So what did you think? Did the kiddos enjoy themselves?

Because we have different ideas? No no no :( lol just because you didn't respond when I asked. But now that you mention it we do want two different things. If we both wanted a tire rack, then I'm your guy, but you want a bed rack so my designs might not be of any use to you. As far as a fab shop I wanted to do the work myself but I'm open to suggestions.

I'm not here to hoard ideas or make any money though, so everyone is welcome to see my design and provide input. Knowing this forum there are probably 100 things I won't think of that Dennis will remind me of.

Sounds like the kids enjoyed it more than you?
Sucks you have to pay just to set foot in the pier but how was the food? Did they quiz you on Forrest Gump?
