New to me 4runner question

Bought this 2002 runner today for $5800. It's 1 family owned with only 87k miles. Needs a r/rear axle seal and rear shoes. Sunroof is stuck closed, any tips on replacing the sunroof motor? I can hear it click when i push the button so it should be getting power. I've done plenty of p.w. motors but never a sunroof motor. Axle seals & brakes are my 1st priority, i'll be tackling that soon. Thanks.

 

I had the dealer replace the leaking r/r axle seals and bearing, our shop isn't equipped to do the press work or i would've done it myself. After picking it up and driving it back to work i immediatly knew that the brakes didn't feel right. I put it on the lift at work and this is what i found(see pics), the tech left his pinch pliers on my brake hose.

 

87K miles???!!! dang...

 

Nice recently a 02 4runner sport edition 4x4 went for 16k....it had about 47k miles.
