I decided to install a oil catch can in my 2012 Taco but I did not find any good info on a mounting bracket for a 2012 +. I want to show what I did in order to help someone out that maybe have the same questions I did. FIRST OFF I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASE TAKE WHAT I DID WITH A GRAIN OF SALT... I purchased a ADD W1 off of ebay for 80 dollars.

First off I purchased a aluminum plate from online metals.com
    2 pieces @ $3.30/piece
    Aluminum 2024-T351 Bare
    Plate
    0.25"
    Cut to: 1.5" x 5"

Then I drilled two 3/8 holes horizontally exactly 3 inches apart. These are the holes to mount the bracket to the truck.

Next I drilled two 1/4 holes vertically exactly 7/9 of a inch apart. These are the holes to mount the ADD W1 to the bracket. (these holes maybe different for different brands...YOU MAY ALSO NEED A LARGER PLATE FOR OTHER BRANDS)

I lightly sanded it and this week I will be sending it to be powder coated...

To bolt the plate to the existing holes on the driver's side fender (just behind the fuse box) I used 2 M8 x 1.25-20 hex head which makes life much easier when installing (a 25 length would probably work a little better). And in between the plate and the fender I used a .317 x 1/2 x 1/8 Nylon washer.

To bolt the oil catch to the plate I used 2 10-32 x 3/4 rounded allen key head with a locking nut.

These are all stainless steel bolts and nuts.

Here are some pictures in the fabrication stage...

I will show some more pictures after I get it powder coated
