So I put my lift on today. I have all pro Ucas with the 1" uniballs along with the bilstein/eibach coilovers.
I put the suspension on today and have what seems like way too much lift. The cv angles look really bad and there is positive camber on both tires. I was curious if anyone knows of anything it could be? I'm trying to lower the ride height but the spring is super tight and not budging.

    Any help is appreciated!

Bilstein adjustables? If so, is the plate that the spring sits on upside down?

Its possible that something is wrong, but you should also get an alignment after doing any sort of lift.

Have you moved it since you put the lift on? If you haven't, back it up or pull it forward 10 feet. That'll let the tires shift back out and the front end settle down.

And, as mentioned above, pictures would be very helpful.

I drove the car around the block and did a few miles on the freeway. On the street it drives fine on the freeway it sounds like i'm getting driveshaft vibrations or bad wheel balancing issues when I wasn't before the lift.

I ordered tires (Duratrac 285/75) last week and they should be here tomorrow so i'm trying to hold off on the alignment until I get the tires.

Here are some pictures of the setup I have:

drop the preload. Jacking the front end off the ground or putting on some spring compressors should make the adjustment easier.

Just to make sure cause a friend of mine argued with me yesterday.
Loosening the adjustment rings (screwing them down towards the Ground) will lower ride height, Not raise it; Correct?

Whats the best way to measure lift? and does anyone have a recommended height to fit the 285's?

    Thanks for all the help!

Yep you have to lower the adjustment rings and the best way to mesure lift is sitting level mesure from center of hub to fender.

Grey wire mod, eibach, 5100's & 5125's, ome Dakar leafs, 1.25 rear shackle, Gibson exhaust, ram air intake, throttle body spacer, boot slide mod, poly bushing kit, extended brake lines.
Without alignment everything is out. I wouldn't do anything until you get your tires and then bring down the height. Then alignment. Otherwise you will just be fighting it.

As you screw the rings down, the springs will unload causing the front end to drop since the same weight can now compress the spring more on its own.

If you want to make sure it totally settles, mark the position of the alignment cam lobes with a grease pen then loosen them, allowing the LCAs to "untwist" at the bushings. Get the springs adjusted to the height you want then adjust the cam lobes to match the marks and tighten back up. (I think spec torque is 90 lb/ft but needs to be verified).

Just a curiosity on a side note. Has anyone been able to fit 285/75s with a stock TRD rear setup? Or do you have to have lift to fit them? I ordered new leafs but they wont be here for 2 weeks and the Tires are getting put on tomorrow. Should I pick up some shackle spacers as temp or should it be okay for now?
