I figured an alignment would help, but it didn't. My front left tire is slightly rubbing the frame at full lock, whereas the right side has a good inch of clearance. Is this something that UCA's would fix? I'm not sure how one side can rub, when the other has so much clearance. Truck has 3" suspension lift with 285/75/16's and Wheeler's 16x8 steelies. Here's my alignment sheet:

Your caster is way low. Could they not get the caster to at least 1.5°? Negative caster is really bad. Does it pull to the right? The camber should cancel out the caster.

Can you take pics of your alignment cams?

The truck doesn't pull to any side. Drives pretty straight.
First pic is driver side, second pic is passenger side:

Are you sure the back spacing on all the wheels is the same?

the left(driver) side is dead center. the right(passenger) side is turned out which is giving you that extra room. I would go to a different alignment shop.

Lifetime alignment at Firestone =/ I thought that they couldn't get it just right straight because I'm lifted 3" on stock UCA. Also all the wheels/tires are identical.

lifetime or not they don't know what they are doing. go to a firestone the next town over and have it set correctly.

one should NOT be that far out and the other centered unless something is bent with the steering or frame.

its good they got it to track straight but for them to "mask" an issue by getting things evenly uneven so it doesn't pull rather then investigate, report it to you, and fix why it is so far out, is very troubling

maybe they just assumed its an off road truck so it doesn't matter but that's shoddy work IMHO

To re-touch on this I'm definitely going to a different Firestone and complaining. I was looking at my tires today and the front tires are wearing excessively on the outside edges. We'll see what I can do..

Did you ever get this figured out? I’m having the same issue currently with a similar set up

7 years later, I hope so.

Though you're better off looking at the variables you've possibly introduced - are your components in good shape, not bent? Do you have the appropriate backspacing? Do you have a good alignment? Maybe your tires are too wide?

A lift does not mean you can fit larger tires, and unless you went with a narrow 33", you will find that you will rub no matter what.

I have some 1st Gen Tundra wheels on mine. I have JBA upper control arms, replaced all components in the front end to include those caster bolts, bushings. It still rubs on the inside but I think mine is because of the offset on the wheels. The only thing that would fix mine are some spacers. It does rub a little on the frame at full lock but I figure - why turn it that far? I just hear it and back off the steering a little for now.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I wonder if the OP so long ago mentioned his issue . When going for the alignment??

Cam bolts seized the Tech said good enough or the OP declined any added time or parts.

    We will never know.
