cooler in front of radiator?

Just noticed some red drips under me truck and noticed its dripping down a line from this coolin on the front of the radiator. A few other tacos ive seen havent had this here. Is this for the power steering or tranny?

Cause of drip was a loose clamp.

 

Looks like tray fluid to me.

 

My power steering seems to have atf in it actually.

 

All toyotas require ATF in the PS system, which is red. Toyota brand coolant which is red also. I still use Prestone which is greenish. Determine what that is, we can't do that for you. Should be easy to tell the difference.

 

follow the lines

the tranny usually goes through the radiator only but sometimes people add an extra cooler after that.

the power steering will not go through the radiator, if it was the PS leaking, then the power steering fluid level should show as being low
