I think im just going to go with the fox's. Good reviews and progressive rate which is what i want. Plus I know ill be able to fit 285's and not worry about a nitrogen tank

Ya know... I have everything to take my truck back to stock except for my rear bedsides :( Kinda wanna buy a 2011 with way less miles and swap everything over bububut... no one would want a 2006 with just a high clearance rear. I could leave the lift on there... I don't know.

Should I just stay with it/trust the Toyota reliability and just buy my Camaro this summer? Or should I trade up?

Ok guys so I done effed up and I don't know how! I tried to be very meticulous about this. My paint is bubbling and I don't know why. Here's what I did:

I got everything pulled apart smoothly.

I then sanded the easy to get to areas with 400 grit, the rest I didn't bother with because so many people don't even sand at all.

I then blew them off with my air compressor.

Then I made sure I got all the remaining dust and any oils by wiping it down with denatured alcohol.

I let it dry for around 10 min and then I primered 1 coat with Rustoleum Plastic Primer.

I let that dry for about 16 hours (the primer was beautiful and smooth) and then I sprayed one light-ish coat of Rustoleum Semi-Gloss Protective Enamel in the spray booth with the fan on.

Almost immediately it started to crackle  I have no idea what I did wrong!! I tried sanding it down and tried again and it immediately started to peel again. WTF?! Does anyone have any ideas?? I really want my taco back I'm driving a jeep wrangler with chrome wheels :(

Guys....i found billy 4600s with less than 3k miles for $110 plus shipping.......i could put them on with new coils and be golden until i save up for a lift.

Or i could just keep riding along with my 45k original shocks waiting for one to fail

    Opinions?

Yeah i'm thinking that enamel is for metal only because it has rust prevention in it....i think you simply choose the wrong paint dude. No biggie. Simple fix

Ok so it's just the paint?! I thought the primer would make it paintable with anything. I already have a second set of headlights. They're just with Brian haha

I hope its just the paint. Did you read the enamel can to see if its plastic compliant? I bet it isn't. Hopefully thats the only issue :)

Yep I think that's the screw up. I think I will just not primer it and only use the Krylon Fusion that everyone else used. Thoughts?
I didn't know that... that was a short run. I really love this body style though.
No its fine. I'll be over on the west side soon enough. For now I will just drive the mall crawler :(
