Picture one doesn't look like picture two.

If you really want an exhaust. I would buy that one and dump it after themuffler. The dual pipes will just rust and fall of later

For me, I'd have nothing to do with someone else's opinion of what would look good on my truck or what they think I want it to do. They're free to do what they want and give their opinion, but I'd never disparage someone else's choices as I wouldn't know what they're trying to accomplish or what's important to them. (And if you do something just because you think others will like it doesn't do you any favors either.)

There are lots of dualed V6's and even 4 cylinders, both factory and aftermarket. Nobody's fooled that you're getting tons of functional improvements. 99% are out there for the look and sound and that's what they accomplish. The Flowmaster system you've pictured is well regarded and used by many. I chose the MBRP instead as I preferred that the driver's side pipe was routed over the spare tire instead of in front of it. Not a big deal really. Both are well engineered for fit and if it's stainless, it will last. There was enough room in the front head pipe to put in a stainless resonator that quiets the raspiness inherent in many aftermarket systems. I've received compliments on the look and sound from other Tacoma owners, but it doesn't matter as I did it for my enjoyment and realize others do the mods they like and don't need my opinion. If you like it and it looks and sounds good to you, then you'll be happy with it.

I wouldn't pay more than $20 for that rusted out exhaust.
