265/70r17 or 285/75/r17??

    Going to get a 3 inch lift in my taco, dont know which tires to pic, anny suggestions?? does anyone have pics??

    You won't have any rubbing issues with 265-70-17's. Someone will jump in and give you a professional answer. I'm just kicking rocks.

    go with the 285/75/17. i have a 1.75" lift with 265/75/16 and the are still a little small in my opinion. you will half to do minor trimming with the 285s but its worth it.

    I have the toyo open country Mt. In 282 75 17 I have a 3in lift with all pro bumper, did slot of trimming and still rub, I run on the frame, IMO go 285 70 17 or a little smaller
