Stereo/satellite/awsc wiring harness - look ok?

I bought a pioneer avh4400bh from a forum member who said it was plug and play, but either he didn't do it right or he didn't have rear speakers. Either way, I decded to clean it all up and bought a new wiring harness and the add on harness for the awsc. I used posi connects from crutchfirld and put all the same colors together, but I'm an electrical moron so I am not sure of it looks ok.

My biggest question are the grounds, red, and yellow power connections. Do the black grounds need their own separate connections or is it ok how I did that?
