    When I'm in 4lo It doesn't beep or blink but when I take it out it starts to beep and blink on the dash I can't come up with anything would disconnecting battery help at all? Any one know what's wrong with it?

    Stop the truck completely.

    Put your foot on the break.

    Put the truck in neutral.

    Switch from 4lo to 4hi.

    Wait on it to disengage.

    Then you can drive on or swith to 2wd.

    I'll bite. In no way do I mean this in a derogatory way, but step one would be to read your manual. If it IS in 4lo, it will not blink or beep. To take it out of 4lo, you must be in neutral and all but stopped. If you are in drive/reverse and moving too fast, it will not allow you to disengage until you shift to N and slow. When it pops out you will hear a snap/click and might even feel it.

    I did all of those steps but it won't disengage

    A few bolts are different.
    Manual trans.

    Make sure clutch is through the floor

    that card in the slot on the sun visor, read it.
