Weathertech floor liners, ARE fiberglass tonneau
    Hello,

My name is Brian. I live in the western part of New York State, about an hour south of Rochester. I'm a first time Toyota owner. I bought a 2012 DCSB SR5 with 24,905 miles on it in late October of 2014.

I've always liked the looks of the Toyota pickups and 4Runners. And of course, it doesn't hurt that they have legendary reliability / durability. So when it came time to replace my aged and ailing Subaru Impreza Outback Sport, I decided it was finally time to get a Toyota. I have been without a pickup for almost 15 years and haven't had a manual transmission in about 5, so i decided that I would seek out a stick shift Tacoma.

I have put a little over 5,000 miles on my truck so far and must say that I like it very much. The only things I have added to it so far are the Weathertech floor liners and an ARE fiberglass tonneau that I scored for dirt cheap off of Craigslist. I also put studded snow tires on it as the Falken Wildpeak A/T's that were on it when I bought the truck were absolutely terrible in the snow.

Future plans for the truck include window tint and a 3" lift and bronze TRD fakelock wheels with an aggressive tire (still undecided on what size tire I'll go with, but right now I'm leaning towards 255/85R16's). I also would like to put a fiberglass cap on it instead of the tonneau, but will have to watch for a deal on a used one as I just can't yet bring myself to cough up the amount they get for new ones. Also planning to change over all lubricants to full synthetic.

Because I know how much everybody on forums likes to see pictures of the subject at hand, here is a shot of how my truck currently sits.
