So I'm on cloud 9 right now with my new (2013) and my 3rd Tacoma...wheeeee
but I'm looking for so nerf bars- any suggestions? and also, trying to figure out which lift kit previous owner installed- yeah im noob when it comes to lift kits but willing to learn- This was from a dealer so cant really ask him and they don't know shit either..but it does look sweet and drives great with the grapplers and also he put a K and N filter in - I just changed the actual filter for 50 bucks which is btw the most I've ever paid for an air filter, and that was a good price for that filter!

Welcome to the site. Where are you from? Just be careful with the K & N drop in filters. Meaning how much oil you use to clean them. Can cause MAF sensor problems. And believe it or not your OEM filter is actually than the K & N filter

I ordered Nfab nerf bars from runningboardwarehouse.com, the customer service was excellent and no cost to ship. i think you can find nabs on Amazon too, at a good price. They were very easy to install and imo look great. I think sliders on your truck would look really good, if you wanted to go that option. heres a recent pic

I call them " sissy bars ". I have 9" of lift, and I hop in and out.
Rock sliders are ok, but don't ruin your ride.
Just my opinion, have fun and enjoy.

Do you plan to offroad the truck at all? If so, I would go with rock sliders. They are functional and save the bottom/ sides of your truck if you do. Nerf bars are just steps and won't hold the weight of your truck, but sliders will. Anyways, if your going for function and honestly they look pretty sweet. Pelfreybilt Offroad in San Diego. Check them out in the vendor threads.
