MikexBaja Build 2013 Baja Now For Sale

So I was looking to pick up a truck after I started mountain biking since my 2015 Wrx was just getting to tight for space for all my gear and passengers. So this lead me to looking at pickups and since I love the look and style of the tacomas even though its a tad bit out dated I start looking for them. Long story short I stumbled upon this beauty on autotrader and I had to have it, especially since it came in my favorite color.


This was my 2015 Wrx I special ordered bat in Feb 14 2014, came in to my Dealership on April 15th. I miss the fun and misfit, boost of it but im glad i can have another type of misfit now in my 4x4 Baja Tacoma
















The Baja I purchased came with a sport grill and a roof rack already installed from the Previous owner, they had only put 17k miles into it which was great for me, barely broken in. Little did I know that the Baja package would have so many extras. Needless to say I test drove it and just fell in love with the look , the performance, and admired the potential....

 

completed the 3" lift by adding Toytec Baja coil Spacer and AAL pack for the rear,
really like the look in the front the ride is noticeably rougher in the rear but the look is very pleasing

 

decided to man up to some new aggressive wheels and tires 285/75/16 BFG A/T K02's and Level 8 Bully Pro's. adds a lot more of a distinct look. Tires are not the best in mud so I decided to swap them out later on

Mike when you did the 1" spacer in the front and the AAL in the back did the 285/75/16's fit pretty well? I want to lift my Baja just a little and was looking at the 1" spacer and multiple AAL's and wanting to put a slightly bigger tire on. I don't hardcore wheel and if I off-road it is extremely light so I don't worry about clearance issues there but city driving is my concern. Hear stories on both sides where it fits perfectly and people with 6" lifts can't fit 285/75/16's

 

mine cleared well, had to remove mudflaps in the front to get to fit with the 3" lift and AAL rear, the TOYTEC spacer makes it about 3" lift in the front, these are aftermarket wheels not factory wheels

I Don't recommend AAL If I had to do it all over again id do the OME rear leaf pack not AAL, AAL is not comfortable especially going over bumps gets a bit unstable in the rear
