I've searched all over and I can't get a solid answer. I have 5100's and I'm curious which OME spring 884 or 885 will give me 2.5" of lift. I have a 14 Prerunner.

885 is meant for Double Cabs but any plan for a replacement bumper up front? Some people will tell you no on the OME with 5100's some will say yes. I don't really know. I am going with Eibach 620's up front with my 5100's

    885 for double cab
886 if you are getting weight on front, (bumper , winch)
Leave 884s with the reg cabs

No plans for bumper or armor of any kind. It looks like 885 it is then. I want to eibachs but they are out of stock on toytech. Thank you for the responses

So you can use 5100's with OME coils it appears. I have my 5100's on stock coils right now at 1.75. And I want the full 3 inches up front and will not be going with an aftermarket bumper. So should I go with the 885's and a spacer? Or 887's and just the trim packer? And if I went with 885's which spacers would I need to achieve the full 3 inches on both sides.

If you do 885s and a 1/4 spacer on both you should get 3-3.25 (that's what I got when I had my OME kit w trim packer on driver side)

And I also have a new in the box Icon 3 leaf progressive leaf pack with 2.0 Resi's to put in. Will that make me nose high though?

Ome 887s, dakars, lr uca, sliders, konig countersteer,
I have a 10 prerunner got 885 and Ome Dakars in rear. .. no top plate spacer and at 24 inches hub to fender in front 24.5 in rear... when I first put everything on I was at 25 hub to fender all around ( also has 10 mm top plate spacer in) Dakars settled to 24.5 so removed to get factory rack again.. 4x4 yield different because of the tranny, transfer case and gears that we don't have. .. just food for thought ..pic is before everything settled

I pieced together my lift and finally installed it (myself) 2 weekends ago - and took it off road for the first time yesterday.

OME 885's certainly do work with 5100's, but I recommend getting them assembled at a shop and leave the collar at the lowest setting...

I have a DCSB 4wd and had to put a 1" block in the rear to get it level (canadian truck with 4 leafs/tsb already) - now I have a very slight rake and taco lean but just shy of a 3" lift with the Billies set at 0.
Tech at Toyota got the alignment "in spec" on stock UCA's. Handles great!

Took my swaybar off yesterday, aired down to 22 psi and hit some rutted, potholed, wet gravel roads and a bit of technical wheeling too.

Long story short - I'm very impressed with how the 885 coils and 5100's perform. Great dampening at speed over rutted, potholed roads and great rebound control on the bigger stuff. Worlds better than my factory TRD sport setup!

Hope this helps you decide, this members here certainly helped me...!
