I've had my '15 AC OR for 6 months now, only 1300 miles on it. It has a very slight vibe under hard acceleration (bascially stomping on it) from ~10 to ~20mph. It only lasts for about a second, if that. I even thought it might have been slight wheel hop the first couple times it happened. Letting off the gas even a little bit instantly eliminates it and it disappears on it's own after ~20mph.

IMHO, I can easily live with it as it only happens in the rare occassion I'm mashing the gas from a stop. It only lasts a brief second until I'm over ~20mph. And finally, it's very slight. Difficult to even take notice too if you're not looking for it.

I think you're "vibe"(at a steady hwy speed) is more than likely a simple tire and/or balancing issue. The vibe "while accelerating" I think is more about how the driveline angle changes under varying loads. My 15-25 mph "vibe while accelerating" is 99% better since I torqued-up the spring bolts & added an extra set of leaf-spring clamps forward of the axle. :)

My '13 DCSB Sport 4x4 has both driveline vibe and takeoff shudder, is in line for new rear leafs and shims at the local dealer. It didn't exhibit the problems until I had several thousand miles on it, and it has <20k on it now. My dad just bought a '15 DCSB TRD OR 4x4, and it's smooth as glass at all speeds. Both are V6/autos........make of that what you will.........

Had a 2014 PreRunner TRD Sport. Don't recall any vibes on that truck. Had a few problems with that truck so I traded it after about 4000 miles for a 2015.

Just shy of 6400 miles on my 2015 PreRunner SR5 now. Bone stock. I get vibes at about 25 mph when slowing and occasionally when accelerating. Didn't notice them when it was new.

Had highway vibes when new that I attributed to bad tire balance. Never did anything about it since I planned to change the tires and now I don't even notice it. So that either straightened itself out or I got used to it.

As someone stated some have it and some don't. So I would say no...they haven't addressed it yet. Very disappointing. My Jeep with 229K has fewer vibes...

It has a light shudder on take off and a very noticeable shudder in the steering wheel at highway speeds.

I know this is an old thread but i'm having the same problems as some you have. I have vibrations on my steering only at around 55-70 mph on the highway. Just like the the video that is posted here. When I brake, the vibes gets a little stronger. The vibrations started around 22k. When I took it in for my 25k maintenance, the tech said it will go away. Now at close to 27k, it's still there. This is with both the stock wheels and new SCS Stealth 6 with 265/70/17 Dynapros. Going to bring in the truck in the the dealer this Saturday and see what they say. Also, will they do any warranty fix if I don't have the stock wheels?

Edit: just called and they said they'll do a brake job for me next Saturday. So we will see how that goes.

2015 DCLB, I have vibration while sitting at idle in drive. No vibration during acceleration or highway speeds. Just bought it a couple of weeks ago.
