    Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.

    The US Fed is now questioning tightening the money supply ... maybe keeping easy money longer ... due to world wide economies ... that will take pressure off the CDN $$ and oil has to bottom soon which will help.

    IMO ... a 75 cent CDN $$ is a psychological point also.

    It all depends. If it keeps the cost of fertilizer and other inputs high while not effecting the price of grain (look up basis) then yes it can hurt the farms. Farming is my industry. I won't judge the fallout until the market has adjusted itself, and we are through one full season, with a lower dollar.

    Takes at least a couple months after crude prices dropping to see a change at the pumps. Speculation of oil rising and up goes the gas prices.

    There's the key. Honestly the gas in the pumps right now came from oil worth $48 a barrel. I'm not sure why we should have to pay a speculative price for something that's already been bought and processed. It's exploiting the consumer.
