Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
In prep for Moab, I'm looking to move up my timeline for a high clearance rear bumper to...well...now. I'm hoping one of you has a lead or two on a top-notch fabricator.
What I would prefer to do is have Tyler at Pelfreybilt make me a custom one-off, based on his current production model. But he's told me he's no longer taking any custom orders, period. Only production stuff for a long, long time.
What I'm looking for is high clearance, plate, dual swing-outs, with most of the bells and whistles most of the aftermarket HC bumpers have (recovery points, light cutouts, hidden hitch, etc.). The bumper would be steel, and the swingouts would be aluminum. The big thing is that I want the swingout mounts incorporated into the entire design, not just tacked onto whatever production design already exists -- I've heard too many stories of failure at the swing point. For the swingouts, I hope to come up with a modular kind of design, so that I can add or remove accessories and components as needed for the trip.
I like the design of the Relentless front pieces, and the overall look and approach of Pelfreybilt; AllPro's up-and-coming design looks promising, but their swingouts look positively hideous. TacoDoc1's custom DeMello bumper is very close to the route I'd like to go, but there seems to be no further info about it beyond his writeup about it (including pricing).
Anyone here interested in tackling this? Anyone got references to someone who might be interested in tackling this?

Thanks. I've actually been by his shop to pick something up from blackhawke88. At that time, I didn't have a need for fab work.

But it seems to me Nick only really does tube work? While I do need a custom rack over my Softopper, what I need more is a plate bumper with very little tube work (only for the gates).

I'll stop by this week and check with him.

When I worked at Pelfreybuilt we would do custom bumpers to your request. Try contacting him and send a drawing of what you're looking to do.

Tyler is no longer taking any custom work. Not for lack of my trying, either! He is about 12 weeks behind on production work, is why no custom orders.

Like a double shear swing out that comes out of the bumper instead of on top of it with maybe a bolt in plug. Sounds really cool looking. Have you seen something like this or would it need to be drawn up? Sorry don't know of a fabricator.

Shot in the dark for custom work being done by the spring, but try out BAMF. From what I see on this site he has it dialed as a fabricator with plenty or real world experience to ensure you are getting a quality product.

Billy at BruteForce is looking to be my guy. Thus far pretty impressed.

Eric (relentless fab) makes exactly what you are looking for. He's based out of Reno though. You may want to contact him. Expect long lead time though...

Deposit done with Billy at Brute Force Fab. His base is damn near identical to Tyler's, and he's willing (excited, even) to do some custom tweaks to it (some major, some minor). I'm able to get about 95% of what I'm looking for with him. And he likes many of the ideas I bounced off him, some enough that he may make some into actual production items.

For anyone interested: $1,650 for what I described in my original post.

Can't go wrong with Billy. My buddy has a set of his sliders and his front hybrid bumper is one week away from being ready. Bruteforce is what I would go with if I did it all again  3 weeks for a bumper build for my buddy...legit
