Kind of pisses me off I have to buy new clamps... Expensive as shit. How does the exhaust attach to the turbo btw? Kit only had three clamps but four attach points (unless the turbo needed something else...) :notsure:

    I bought four clamps.

    Also got this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004IARHNG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

A bit smaller but the CxRacing filter looks like it only filters down to small rocks.

Yeah it sucks for sure but not nearly as bad as having to replace them after the kit is already in the truck. I don't understand where you are talking about on the exhaust... you talking about the downpipe? 2 are 2.5" for the headers and crosspipecrossover. The other two are 3" to connect the turbo hot side to the downpipe with the wideband bung and the last one is to connect the upper downpipe to the bottom one. They included a single flange on the end of the last downpipe, so either you're going to have to ignore it and weld the rest of the exhaust around it, or buy a weld-on Vband flange to weld onto your new cat so you can connect It to the last downpipe with a VBand clamp like I did.

Gotcha. I only got 3 clamps in my kit :notsure:

    Glad I ordered 4 :D

You could have gotten away with using the supplied clamps further down stream but hey more power to you :)

    Ehh...

But thanks for pointing out the two different sizes. Had to return two of the 3.0" clamps and order two 2.5" clamps

Hell no. Free two day shipping with Amazon prime

Edit, well maybe... Just remembered these weren't offered on Prime :( Probably use the Cx clamps for now and swap them out if it comes down to that.

Well I made some changes to my truck. I completely finished my exhaust and put another muffler (summit racing 18" glasspack) inline to quiet it down a bit more. I also bought some remanufactured injectors and put those in there while at the same time putting my stock MAF back in instead of the supra one I was using with the 320cc ford injectors. To my surprise my truck runs great and WOT AFRs are 11-12 consistently with absolutely no tuning at all. I might get a boost controler and see how much boost these stock injectors can handle. I read somewhere around 240-260WHP and that's cool with me until I'm in the mood to hook up this AIC properly.

You're running 320cc injectors with no tuning mods, and the ECU is ok with it? Nice. What do your Long Term Fuel Trims look like? Also, what Ford injectors are you using?

In short, yes. The combination of the injectors with my supra MAF was pretty much stoich but a little rich in closed loop (12.4-13.2 AFR). It was pretty much luck due to me not knowing any better almost two years ago when I installed them but I am all stock now as far as injectors and MAF goes. My advice to you would be to stick with what you got and use methanol to richen it up since you already have the set up.

What I'm hearing is no to injectors. Just use the stock ones? Many folks say to get 305-330ish or so, plus I am installing a walbro 255lph. Are you still on the stock fuel pump? I was considering getting some lexus injectors for about $125. With my methanol too! Not sure if ecu will handle it? I will heed your advice though because you have been there, done it......Did you leave your maf where it is in the pictures?

Leave stock injector with stock ecu. Let methanol be your extra fueling. I run about 1300cc/min (2 injectors) on 14lb. I have it set to come on about 3psi and progressively spray to 14. Your asking for tuning problems if you switch to larger flow injector when in closed loop.

That's a great place for your maf. You don't want it after any bends if possible.

Stock fuel pump will flow plenty for factory injectors. I swapped to a walbro 255 for some unknown reason and it crapped out in a few months so then I put by in my oem one which works excellent

^what he said. If you already have the meth setup then use that. My closed loop AFRs were rich with the supra MAF and 320 injectors... AND my boost AFRs were still lean. if you hook your fuel pressure regulator vac line to your intake manifold (sees vac and boost) then your boost WOT AFRs will be in the 11's like mine probably up to 6 psi, then methanol will take over from there as the PSI rises.
Right now I'm running stock EVERYTHING as far as fuel delivery and air metering is concerned. And like I said I recently put my MAF pre-turbo and my truck actually runs a little better and more consistent under boost.

EDIT: and sorry Drew, I've been so busy with school and the overtime at work that I forgot to check out what charge pipes you could use of mine. Glad you're all set up now.

Maf pre turbo? So basically right after the air filter......my air filter intake is 4". Would that work? Maybe just reduce it with couplers? And you say it is better, I want to follow suit.

What size nozzles? I have a 5 gph right now. I was going to get a Hobbs valve and a second nozzle. What would you recommend?

How is your truck running better with the maf pre turbo?

Can't help with the meth setup since ive never messed with that stuff. My idle AFRs are more still now (you'll notice that idle isn't a solid 14.7, but rather it goes up and down from around 14.2-14.8 every few seconds). When I used to do a long WOT 5th gear pull on the highway, after 5-10 seconds my MAF seems like it would "give up" and my wideband read 10-10.5 AFR. Now it screams at a solid 11.5-12 regardless of how long I'm in boost.
