Passenger Parking Light/Side Marker not working

I have a 2008 PreRunner. I noticed that my passenger side marker light was not working today. I installed a new bulb but that did not fix it. The other side marker and my tail lights are working so its not the fuse (I checked it anyway). What else could it be?

Possibly corrosion in the bulb socket. Broken wire?

 

I did some more messing around and found out that it is the ballast(?) that is bad. The top of it does look like it has gotten hot and there is some slight corrosion inside of it. Is there anyway to salvage this part or should I get a new one. What is the part number?

I had this issue with my side marker going out all the time. I ended up using some one else headlight and it stopped it. Do you have condensation in your lens?
