    Found a spindle/hub assembly from a salvage yard dealer in FL. It will be in next week. Damn, this is starting to get expensive (2 cv axles, manual hubs, gaskets, spindle/hub ~ $670). Shoulda dropped the insurance and put it in the garage till I could SAS it.

    Put the CV axles in on Friday, reassembled the passenger side hub with fresh grease and gaskets. Just waiting for the hub for the driver's side. Ups tracking has it coming in tomorrow. We shall see.

    So Clint... is all this damage caused by your new locker? Would this have happened with any locker?
    I'm thinking about putting the same in the front of my Runner. Curious to know if I should go ahead and get an entire front drive train to haul as spare parts... :rofl:

    Yeah. Without the locker I would not have broken the axle. But the axle break was bad as it damaged the manual hub and wheel hub as well. I could probably get away with putting it back together as is but I already got the spindle/hub ordered.

    It was a skull and crossbones trail but the rain is really what did me in.

    New hub, bearing and seals ordered from dealer. Aftermarket stuff was the same price so I wasn't going to even try.

    Thanks. I like how it has treated me so far. Will do a write up on the bearing and hub replacement once the parts come in. Should be here tomorrow.

    Clint! I finally have everything for my front axle! New shafts, Koyo bearings and eco seals from marlin, and the trunion eliminator so no more bent trunnion bearing cages, Heavy duty outter rock rings and replacement synthetic rubber swipes! Just need a solid day to put it all together now! Oh and also got some Creeper joints for the rear upper shackle mounts :cool:

    BTW April 11... redemption run, just saying!
