time permiting, i would be happy to help you with suspension work/ install, but i cant do tires. what was said about gross and stevens is true, good dudes that do good work. some shops may be cheaper, but when you take a truck out of gross and stevens, you know its driving as good as it possibly can. i spent darn near a grand in there on my old ford and it drives like a caddy

I'll check them out this afternoon, I also heard about harcore 4x4 in visalia and sky high suspension in Tulare. I'm going To go around and see how much they'll charge for labor and see who knows what they're talking about.

I finally have everything sitting in the house.

Hard Core 4x4 is a great shop. If you wanted to do gears, lockers, or things like that I would highly recommend them. Yet what you are doing is going to require an alignment. The only place in town that I recommend for an alignment is Gross & Steven. The reason I do this is because many of the shops in the area will even use them to do alignments to vehicles after they do suspension modifications to them, including most of the dealerships as well. So my thought is why take it to two places if Gross & Steven can do everything you need done. Don't get me wrong though if you were going to be putting an on board air system, winch, or anything like that on your rig I do highly recommend talking to Donny over at Hard Core. Great guy with good prices.

    Alfred,

Looks good man, you have any rubbing with your setup?

I had to do quite a bit of trimming/ cab mount chop to clear 285/70/17's. How high to you have your Icons turned up to?

I think they're to high! I measured 2 inches of thread on the passenger and 2.5 inches on the driver

I did my own cab mount chop. Not to hard to do with a grinder and welder. Takes around 2 hours or so to do.

I'll be back in good ol Fresno by the end of May. We should get a trail run planned for the summer. I haven't been home since I started off roading so I don't know too many places.
