My local dealer ship has a 2015 TRD PRO on the lot Back color with and MRSP OF $38000. I love the truck , What's the best price I could expect to have to pay for it. I have a 2011 TRD OFF ROAD with 59000 miles and would like to get at least 23000 for it, I keep my truck in very good conditions
and have done no off road with it :)

Sounds like a good price to me.

Is your truck paid off? Sometimes that makes a difference.

2010 Tacomas are usually fetching $17K to $19K on a trade.

    2011's are a little higher - $19K to $21K.

Just my opinion but should be in the ball park.

Go for the PRO....they are just cool. You will not be disappointed.

I had to settle for my POSER model.

I don't know any dealerships that are marking these down so expect to pay full price . Some dealerships are actually marking them up around $5000.00 . I had a truck on hold for me at Camelback Toyota in AZ and they were marking it up $5000.00 . I went to a local dealer here in El Paso and , lucky for me , a guy had ordered one and then backed out of the deal . I was able to get it local and not have to pay the mark up cost . The truck in AZ was going to cost me the same price as the one I got local including the supercharger and install

Doubt they will do it but I would go for 10% off MSRP. Plenty of Bajas sold for 10% off or a little more. I do not understand what it is about these Pros. Maybe it is the fake scoop. Check NADA, Edmonds, and Kelly on your 2011. Also, dealer will have sales data on used trucks. Usually it is auctions stuff but it will give you a bottom. I traded mine because dealer trade in value plus sales tax break was about $500 off what I would have sold it for.

Not sure what dealers in your area are doing...the MSRP on my Pro was $38950 for a Double Cab / Auto / with factory tow package. They sold it to me for just under $38,100...so knocked about $850 off of MSRP. Lots of dealers are tacking on some stupid amounts or adding a ton of extras to jack up the price. If you can get a Pro for MSRP or less you are doing about as good as most will on a pro. I would suggest dealing with them on a price for the truck and then see what they will give you for a trade in. Either that or figure what you need from your truck and then figure what you are willing to pay plus your truck for the new one. I didn't have a trade so it was a fairly simple deal....also our local dealer isn't big on dealer add on's so it was factory stock. I bought mine off of the dealers allotment sheet (about a month before it was even built). Good luck on getting the Pro, they are a really nice truck.

gave 38,000.00 for mine,, no tow package tho,, i put a 120.00 kurt hitch on mine.real nice hitch... only tow a small atv trailer couple times a yr..
i love my black color, ran it thru the wash today,, looks awesome when clean,, if its dirty who cares ,, sounds mean clean or dirty when driving it.. went from a 2014 trd offroad 8000 miles,, if you got a chance to buy one get it, you wont be sorry,, they are just made better,, more care taken when being built,, 5000 miles no complaints, 8000 miles on the 2014 trd OR had about 6 complaints, main reason i dumped it..

That is a killer price on a Pro as it has the front skid and a few other add on's for under 38k...Go for it!

meh... 38k + TTL ... thats 41ish+k out the door. Buy a trd off road, spend the difference (at that point about 7k after out the door on both trucks) and put it into suspension etc and your gonna have a MUCH better truck.

Why is it you always jump in and trash threads....the folks that are buying Pro's are buying what they want....the folks that want to spend their life wrenching buy the cheaper stuff and Mod away. You have done some very nice mods and they are helpful...you also tend to post a lot of trash talk in other peoples threads...why not let folks enjoy their stuff...the same old Pro / Baja etc bashing gets real old....

Because a TRD pro in the tacoma is kind of a rip off. Seriously though icon, fox and king ar better than bilstein. Also thisnsi the Internet take it with a grain of salt..... Or a bottle of liquor.

so you're saying that your truck with 7k extra makes it better than mine . I might agree with you but I have to say that you spend the extra 7k on aftermarket , take it out and break it and then see how much is covered without you spending a dime . I like the fact that I have a complete warranty on a supercharged Pro :D

Of course , this is just my $.02

Wouldn't you think that any Pro would be considered a "rip off" . Like most people say , why not buy the least expensive model and add the aftermarket goodies ?

Well mines driven in Texas :D

If your driving it hard enough to break things.... its not going to be covered under warranty in the first place.

aftermarket arms and suspension is going to be much stronger than the stock stuff.... just saying.

I'm pretty sure if you ever want to sell your factory PRO you will have a much easier time and get top dollar vs the aftermarket guys. So what you paid a bit more then the " why not just save your money and do it aftermarket yada yada". At the end of the day yours will retain its value which the modded guys will receive pennies on the dollars for their aftermarket mods. That's just the way it is.

and this is why you keep stock parts, return to stock and sell aftermarket parts seperatly. You see used stuff selling on her all the time.

Yeah that is great if you have the time and energy. But after you factor in all the time you will need to spend removing the parts, putting the stock back on, then listing the used parts and subsequently selling those parts.

It really comes down to how much do you value your time, most people dont want to be bothered.
