I am currently piecing together this exact setup. Did you leave the factory overload leaf in or remove it? Truck looks great.

Real men just call it camping
OME 887 up front and Dakers in the rear with 265/70/R17 tires. Bigger tires would probably look better but this setup fits my needs well.

Edit: not sure how to rotate picture. Oh well.

No offense taken, at all . Never crossed my mind to take a truck picture there. My pops is up there as well, it's very peaceful, with a gorgeous view straight out to downtown, on a clear day.

Bilsteins on front and rear, OME 885 coils, Wheeler's AAL with overload left in, LR UCA's, Stock TRD 17" wheels, 255/75-17 BFG KM tires, VIPMOTOZ headlights, Lifetime LED headlight bulbs, 6000K LED Fog bulbs, Jumper's Interior and license plate LED's, Husky Classic floor mats, OEM bed mat, Leer100R truck shell with carpeted platform, de-badged, white derped grill emblem.
So after all this research I've done, I thought I'd finalized my decisions on the following:
Billstein 5100's Front and Rear with OME 884 up front + 1/4 spacer for lean
Either Wheeler's progressive AAL OR Dakars with one leaf removed.

Then.....I ran into this guy, "Gimmick", who says he just has Billstein5100s up front on stock coils and running 265 tires. I THINK HIS RIDE LOOKS GREAT! I'd be happy with that aesthetically!

My question is: What's the catch? Can I get away with just what he has if I'm not doing any serious off roading?

I only have 5100s @ 1.75 in front, stock coils. Works great for my purposes, although i'd like a top plate spacer to level it out from drivers side to passenger side.

Thanks. One more question. Was your stock leaf pack 2+ overload or 3+ overload?

What are the pros and cons of leaving the overload in rather than removing it?

Don't some people say they start to squeek a bit if you leave it in?

Metal on metal will squeak, overload shouldn't play a part. Grease in between of the inner tube trick and you should be okay.

My leafs squeak, but I did neither of those.

Nobody offended, just don't see that background too often in truck beauty shots.
