    i am going to be adding bilstein 5100s to my 13 TRD Sport DC LB , i just bought 17" method double standards, my question is i will use 285 70 17s, but i have to bring my truck to bakersfield for install work with my brother. will the tires fit for the ride from san diego to bako? i only ask because i want to sell my stock wheels and tires fast before i go

    5100's all around. Front's set at 1.75" 265/75/16 Duratracs.
    No. 265/70/17 is the largest size on stock suspension.

    I think you will be fine on pavement, you might have to make wide turns or 3 point turns though, ha!

    and i can't find 285s in stock for less then $220, dammit

    I was told i won't need a spacers due to the after market wheels provide clearance is that the issue I am facing? or something else

    If the backspace is around 4.5" you will be fine.
