Well, to get to the point, I purchased a 2010 grill from a member and made my own satoshi for my truck. I still have my stock grill and was thinking about doing it again and posting it for sale to make some extra cash for my baby that is on the way. Before I go through the effort, I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in buying it or if I should just sell the grill as is (stock 2011 with chrome). Below are some pictures of my current grill that I made and will pretty much do the same thing but with better tools. I utilized my hack saw on my current grill and now have a dremel for much cleaner work and I will paint it any color of your choice if someone wants to buy it up front or else it will be silver because this will be a better job than my first one and I will swap them out on my own truck. Let me know, thanks for any input or questions.

Here is a basic before and after: my stock grill and my custom satoshi.

I agree, it was my first time working with fiberglass/bondo. To be honest though when mounted on the truck it is almost impossible to tell. I have pointed it out to a few people and my dad of all people didn't notice till I did. He has a keen eye for detail but once painted black it masks it. Either way the new one will be cleaner. I will post it over in the for sale section to see if it generates any interest.
