I'm looking for a lift kit to give a 3" lift and improved ride for a 2015 Tacoma. Anyone have any advice between the Toytec Ultimate, Camburg, or TRD Pro suspension upgrade? They're all about the same price. Thanks.

I'm flexible on budget. Built two Jeeps with Rubicon lifts, which weren't cheap. (Rolled one, sold the other.) Not sure I want to spend that kind of money this time, but I'm interested in finding the best balance between ride quality and price. If a $3K kit is really that much better than a $2K kit then I'd probably wait and save up the extra money. The question is which kit/manufacturer is really the best overall value. I like a truck that's able to go offroad without trouble, but I'm not going to be trying to crawl up any rocks just to see if I can. It's just not my thing. Looking for 2-3" lift. I wouldn't go over 33" tires, regardless of the clearance.

Looking at ICON - but what stage? Can't really tell the difference between anything over stage 2. Any recommendations? I'll call ICON tomorrow, too, and see what they recommend.

Look at you other post for the same question put a pic of my setup on there for ya. I just wish I would have done a full replacement leaf pack in the rear instead of a aal. Probably going too change that problem pretty soon

I really like my Toytec Boss coilovers. Been told that they ride a little nicer than the Toytec Ultimate coilovers.

I looked at the Toytec ULK but went with Icon 1, it was only a couple hundred more and much better quality.

Thanks for all the advice. I spoke to the Icon folks today and they were really helpful. The Toytec and Camburg people were really nice, too. I think the Icon Stage 3 will take care of all my needs, present and future. It's a little pricey but I agree with the philosophy of do it once and do it right. Now all I've got to do is dig through the couch cushions for a 11,080 quarters.

How do those Boss coilers ride? Are they stiff or plush when on the street?

How are they when on rough terrain? If you hit a sharp speed bump fast would they be squishy or stiff?
