So I opened my hood yesterday and noticed that a few of the hoses coming off the main air intake were pretty badly cracked at the ends. I'm gonna replace them, but I just wanted to check and make sure they didn't require any special handling or care or consideration. My intuition tells me that since they are coming off the air intake, that means probably these hoses don't contain any fluid that needs to be drained first. I'm assuming I can just pop them off and replace them. But maybe I'm wrong!

    What say you?

Check of the pics. The hose ends are the ones right in the middle of each photo. In two of the pics, the hose ends have zip ties on them: improvised clamps to get me out of the back country without any issues.

    Thanks!

In this pic, it's the larger hose in the center without a clamp
