Great meeting yall last night, some nice rigs in progress! As mentioned, I'm probably out on this weekend, I think we will head to the lake.

I think it was Lou looking for the dual battery set up, here are a few links to get ya going.

    http://www.Amazon.com/Electrical-Spl6007-Solenoid-Marine-Winch/dp/B00KGID0X0/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1424876618&sr=8-16&keywords=heavy+duty+solenoid

    http://www.amazon.com/300-Circuit-Breaker-Replace-12vdc/dp/B007AUPY6I/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1424876653&sr=8-3&keywords=12v+breaker

    http://www.amazon.com/Amplifier-Install-Wiring-Complete-Installation/dp/B00IYER9QC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1424876691&sr=8-2&keywords=4ga+wire+kit

These are examples of what I used, as you can see, pretty cheap and easy. You can try to piece together the wiring if you want but, a simple kit I found is best.

Do any of you guys have experience with Chux Trux? I'm in town for a few days looking for someone to wire up my winch (well, and sell me one) and to do an alignment after I put on my OME springs last night.

Chux Trux, in my experience, is filled with cheap overpriced accessories. I'd go to Stomper Offroad. Just north of 119th on Strang Line. Jay (the owner) is a buddy of mine and definitely knows his stuff.

Toygoose thanks for the links for the battery install. Once I quit being lazy and finish my rear platform I'll be doing that next. I am not gonna go to k rocks this weekend. As for a car wash I have no idea I just drive around until I find one.

Anybody know a mechanic who might want to install my ARB bumper and winch like...soon? I need to get out of town today and all the 4x shops are booked getting trucks prepped for this weekend.

I would be willing to do it if it wasn't gonna snow this weekend, unless you have a garage at your place your truck fits into?

I called Stomper but he's backed up until next week. He rules, though.

Damn. Oh well, maybe next time.

As for the install, isn't it just 8 bolts (give or take) and then routing the winch lines back to the battery?

Yeah I could probably do it, but I was just hoping for a quick turnaround. These 886s are stiff without that weight!

Not sure about car washes. But I know there's a lot here in Lee's Summit.
