This one was pretty hot I think I'll let my other bottles age for awhile.

This one was pretty awesome although as far as Prairie goes I still prefer Pirate Bomb.

I thought the same. Have you tried palms to pines from cochella brewery. Triple that is very tasty.

I am a homebrewer as well and need to make a few batches as I am out... I have a home built kezzer that I try and keep 4 5 gallon cornies in. This is my brew rig.
    20141109_090344_2a34028b8c0f30c56fd3f642bdd21f2644b44647.jpg
I usually do 10 gallon all grain batches and have had 5 strains of hops growing for 2 years now (haven't used any of the home grown hops though).

I am not super picky on beer though.. I always say my favorite beer is a free beer and my second favorite is a cold beer. If I am buying or making I tend to stay away from IPA as the high hop content gives me a headache.

    Hell yea.

If you ever get the chance to stop by their brewery, definitely do. They've got murals and shit all over the place. It's really cool haha I grew up 20 minutes south of them. Some really chill guys work there too. It's surprisingly a small crew of people too (I believe only like 15-20 employees total).

It was pretty good. Surprisingly smooth an no heat for a 9.2% bottle conditioned Trippel. Don't know if it was worth the $10 I spent, but not bad by any means.

Might have to get a bottle for the weekend if they still have any. Long weekend of sunshine, cords of wood to process and lots of beer.

I'd say go for it. Not a bad beer by any means.. I actually really liked it. Just wasn't the same caliber as some of the other Green Flash stuff IMO.

Don't have a picture but I had the Mandolin from Blue Mountain Brewery and it was pretty good. A little heavy and surprisingly oaky, but not bad.

Been hooked on Devils Backbone IPA lately. I just got a "Collaboration" 12 pack where DB brews other companys' brews and credits them. Right now I'm trying Coronado Brewing Co. Devils Tale Black India Pale Ale (8% abv). Its really good, it is not "sharp" but aromatically hoppy.
