    I am having trouble doing nothing though :p. I just fill the time with more homework so my weekend will be cleared but man this sucks. The new school gym is suppose to open in the next few days which will increase space around 6x. I might enjoy it more knowing I can get a quick, solid workout in.

    I don't run a lot right now, but I do run and am building my endurance and I only run outdoors.

    I'll do some more research on both the charge HR and surge this evening and try to decide.

    Eat 2-3 small meals of protein and veggies during your work hours, then slam your carbs at night before and after your workout........or just inject winstrol.

    So its not best to do a workout of say one day 3 different workouts of biceps and 3 different workouts of triceps and so on? I'll try the 4 day split thing and others I read here

    I could do this, but I workout either before or after work.

    Hahaha cmon now. I work 40 hrs a week behind a desk and I still find 4-5 hrs to hit the gym after work or on the weekends.

    ^^^this. I take 4-5 meals to work everyday and eat them during downtime. I don't take a lunch break, so I just stop working for 5-10 mins every few hours and eat a meal.

    ...or just inject winny (don't do this)

    Do a split. You can do something like MON: chest and tri's, TUE: back and bi's, TH: legs, FRI: shoulders or you can do an upper/lower split or you can do 3 full-body workouts per week.
