I ordered a pop and lock with key for my tailgate a year ago, it worked great but in winter I inserted the key and tried to open it and the key broke. Some bullshit that is, quality is shit. I went back to Toyota to get the factory tailgate handle so I could remove the pop lock I already have and put the factory one back on because I am getting the lock for the tailgate where you can operate with your truck keys. So my original factory tailgate I lost a piece to mount the camera as you can see in my pictures, that is what I am missing. My question is, does anyone know where I can find one? or ingenuity ideas?. I already asked Toyota and they tried telling me to buy the whole camera, pffft.

Naw man, if you look at my pictures the camera is to the right and there are two bolts missing and a mount where those two bolts go to secure the camera in place. I am looking for some help in how to find that mount to the camera or how to secure it

Your camera looks non-standard or aftermarket.

A true OEM camera has the bracket built-in.

Correct, a true OEM comes with it. As I have said, when I had the original factory tailgate handle everything was there but I lost those parts when I put in my pop and lock tailgate handle. You have the right picture and that is the bracket that I need but Toyota says I have to buy a whole new camera which is pointless. I just need the bracket to hold the camera in, I have everything but that bracket, that is the issue. I am wondering who can tell me how to secure the camera without buying a whole new camera to get a bracket which I am missing or how to get a bracket. As of now I just taped over the camera to hold it in place.

Tacohago, the pop and lock site has a bracket that I think will work for my 2011 taco. Thanks!
