So I recieved my order from Allpro yesterday. I'm curious-was this a typo or someone being a dick? I'm not sure my credit card could have been processed with my last name butchered.... Does it really seem like that would be someone's last name? Sheppard is a very common last name, maybe Allpro should have used common sense.. or not been dicks.

lolol That IS pretty funny. I would've thought "Shephard" or something, so the "t" and "h" on the keyboard are close. My last name is as bad as Schwarzenegger, so you should see the misspellings I've gotten over the years. heheh

my last name has been butchered plenty of times, sometimes it makes me laugh out loud at the spellings. i doubt it was intentional. companies do everything they can to keep their customers loyal. pissing them off is not part of anyone's business plan.

I'd say a typo. Cant imagine someone dumb enough to br doing that to customer orders intentionally unless they are looking to get fired.

As far as the credit card getting processed, a typo isnt going to effect it. For security purposes you would think you would need the name exactly as it appears but thats not the case.
