What is the best spring rate and shock to run with their plate bumper. I am about to order a lift then one of their bumpers and would like to only do it once.

I have heard that 650lb rate requires you to jack up the preload on the shock to maintain your lift, and a 700lb rate rides a little stiff. What do the Taco experts say and what are they running????

2009 DCSB if that helps and i would like to get aftermarket C/O's without resi's and aftermarket UCA's.

I have 650s on my truck with our APEX front bumper and it rides nice. With our lighter, 3-piece bumper, you can run 600s, which I believe come on Fox coilovers.
