Does anyone know if Allpro still makes fiberglass fenders for an 07 Tacoma. Or any other companies that make them?

They were Trailer Products fenders. Still available thru trailer products. AllPro doesn't carry them anymore

the newer stuff from Tp is not at all well formed, I just got a used set that actually fits decent, if you are looking for a smaller lift/flare, McNeil makes a 3x 3 set, its not on their site you have to ask for it, and they fit nicely. Ask csjumper about the set he just got.

None of this glass is "plug and play". It all must be taken to a professional shop to be fitted to your truck.
