Best you can do is check out the existing one.

like who?

i know that CBI makes a solid product but other than an entirely custom product, which is what CBIs bumper is basically, the selections are slim to none. I refuse to deal with Kennesaw Mountain and Rocktek is no longer in business.

All Pro makes a solid product and their designs are good. I would assume that like their front bumper they use 1/8" rolled steel on the rear and the shackles and mounting points will be made from 3/8" or thicker. This is just a drawing and I am not jumping on anyones nuts but they have a reputation for a good product and the design looks good.

All Pro makes a solid product and their designs are good. I would assume that like their front bumper they use 1/4" rolled steel on the rear and the shackles and mounting points will be made from 3/8" or thicker. the AP front plate bumper is 1/8" steel

OEM all the way...

To be honest, The lack of accessories and the fact that I miss my Jeep so much (since I got my Yoter), has me looking at trading it for a TJ. (Still dig the Yoter though).

Reasonably priced plate bumpers on both end might just keep me in my Yoter.

A two inch receiver would be cool. Hell, I would mount my plate to the side if it didn't flip... and to be perfectly the lack of receiver would not keep me from buying it. The shackle mounts are good enough for me.

Make it and they (we) will buy it. STRAIGHT UP!

Still not easy with the term "Taco." Taco is too indignant for my truck. It's a "yoter" in my book. (Not sure if that really any better.)

you would have to get the high clearance option that all pro offers. it would likely be the same strength as the OEM hitch

I voted for the OEM style. If I was in the market. Demello makes some nice bumpers and sliders. They have the Prerunner style like the one on mine and they also have a tube wrap around style that does not require cutting.

with all do respect were not looking for tube bumpers we want plate style.

Update, all pro said on TTORA that the prototype will be going on their truck sometime next week. Looks like were getting closer.

Its fine. I understand that. I was just throwing out another supplier of Gear for our trucks. I cant wait to see what the plate bumper looks like.
