    I bough my 04 YFZ450 used from a good friend and i've had it for almost 2 years now. I really know nothing about quads and want to tune the quad.

    I can't afford to take the bike to my local shop and have them do the work so I'm hoping someone that knows about these quads can help me. I'm super eager to learn.

    My friend didn't do much of anything to the quad so it's basically stock still.
    I want to clean the carburetor, change spark plug, oil, re-jet and do the "bog" mod. I'm willing to pay in beer and an agreed $$ amount as well.

    I would really appreciate someone's help. I'm in south San Diego.

    Thanks Reno. I've been searching through that forum for a couple of days. I'm trying to find a service manual since i'm sure most of those things are super simple to do.
