i am buying a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer for my toys (outlaw525s and xr650l). Should i do any mods to my truck for pulling this? i know i can pull it but braking is my concern. Any advice is appreciated.

rougly what 1500lbs max for the trailer, toys another 1000lbs max. you wont need trailer brakes and your truck will do just fine
