CanAm is made by BRP. (Bombardier Recreational Products) It is a Canadian company that has been making recreational off road vehicles for about 70 years. Did you know that BRP's founder invented the first tracked vehicle for transportation on snow-covered terrain in 1937? Did you also know that BRP manufactured the first sit-down watercraft, and the first all-terrain vehicle designed for two riders? Were you aware that BRP created a new category with the Can-Am roadster?

Way more fun in 2wd. Either way I hope the guys in both these vids were on private land when they did it. Asshats on atvs and in 4x4s turning public trails into mud bogs are what gets a lot of places shut down.

Two words two describe the Can-Am Maverick demo ride.
Wow! & Want!
Making a video will post tomorrow.
Had a blast demo driving the new Can-Am Maverick at Sand Mountain, Nevada.
101HP of pure fun.
I got it over 55MPH and would have gone faster if there wasn't some one in the way.
Got it airborne a couple of times.
This thing handles great & is very comfortable.

4x4 for trail riding, sport (whenever I get it running) for hill climbs, jumps, etc. Went riding the other night to celebrate my birthday and had 12" of fresh snow!

I do have a warrior I'm working on as a winter project. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/all...ior-build.html

Not necessarily, I've only ever used dirt bikes for off road riding, and my sport quad goes just as many places, if not more places than the big bulky 4x4's...
