ok so what is the best oil to use for it?

i read that you should not let it sit so do i need to remove the air filter when i don't ride my atv?

Question: what would happen if i did not oil it?

and how often do i need to reoil it?

letting it sit is not an issue.....get twin air filter oil or no-toil spray just saturate it and make sure it's covered completely....dont over do it.....how often you clean it depends on how dirty you get it....
get a twin air bio filter cleaning kit and follow the instructions

    ummm yeah
that machine is not a high performance so you should be good on the filter for a while as the machine does not suck huge amounts of air as say an crf450 dirtbike or trx450r atv....but check it every month or so especially if really dusty conditions are a regular for you.....make sure it's seated well and use a thin layer of rim grease on the flange where it mates to the intake....or on the tube if it clamps on
