I think that was KAWAIANIANI. I was talking with him a bit at the trail head. I saw his shirt and tats and asked, "You from Hawaii?"

    I'm from, Kailua, Oahu originally.

Just a bunch of old crap
Grab your spare tire tool kit and sell it to me! I need the 4 piece set with the lug wrench and 3-piece rod for lowing the spare.

Yea all that stuff was ripped out and I think just thrown in the back when they changed the tire...

Sucks seeing it like that man, but at least it's getting taken care of. If they're not putting you at fault are they just listing it as an 'act of nature' or whatever? Just curious as I've never seen anyone have to deal with a case like this.

Yeah they held me not at fault. They came to a conclusion that there was nothing I could do to avoid this accident besides not going in the first place. And since I still was making payments on the truck I had to sign over my title to the insurance agency so they could pay off the rest of the loan.

Ah, well that's good they didn't put you at fault, should help keep your premiums lower than if it was at fault. It sounds like you're really hitting the best case scenario in this situation man, awesome!
