    How is this rated compared to the sound of flowmasters? Does it get louder or deeper than say the super 44?

    K&N drop-in filter, Aero Turbine 2525 Muffler on stock pipes, BFG KDW2's and TRD Duracon shift knob.
    i installed a 2525 this past february with stock piping and still sounds bad ass to this day now that its broken in. its definitely a head turner when you roll by rumbling. and i also have that 20mph but i think its mostly happens in the 1200-2000 rpm range for a little. ill have to check later tonight when i go out

    I am planning on getting one soon but I am only.going to get the exhaust and cut the original out and weld re aero were the the stock muffler was.....do any of y'all know if the aero muffler will me long enough to just weld were the stock one went or am I going to have to get some pipes and weld them to??

    Yeah I really love mine. I still enjoy the sound every day I drive it, and it's breaking in nicely and getting deeper. Congrats on the great gift from the gf, too! She's a keeper if she gets you stuff for your taco!

    Glad to see you back on the road and doing some nice upgrades to your new truck.

    The Aero is quite a bit shorter than the stock muffler... You are going to have to weld in some extra, though off the top of my head I dont remember how much. When you get the muffler, you will see how much shorter it is.

    I bought mine for just under $125 on ebay. They are decently close to the same price from Aero Turbines website now.
