    I do like the compression adjuster. Coming from dirt bikes I don't really understand why people say they don't work on offroad truck shocks. I would think if it is the same principle it should work pretty good

    Dumb question....but with shocks like that where the piston rod is on the bottom end of the shock, wouldn't you be worried about rocks scraping against it scarring the shaft?

    Pretty much any high end shock is set up that way and ran with the shaft end down on race vehicles. Its definitely more exposed but unless the rock is flying it will hit the rod end or shock mount anyway. If its flying it would have to be a pretty good size to actually damage the shaft itself, they are pretty strong
